The Blueprint for Building
Our methodology for identifying, building, and scaling category-defining Claude Cowork assistants. Four pillars that guide every decision we make.
Cowork-First
Claude Cowork is the surface we specialize in. Every assistant we build assumes a Cowork agent is doing the work, not a bolt-on wrapper around an old workflow.
Vertical Integration
We build the full stack around Cowork: MCP connectors, computer control, projects, artifacts, secure environments when needed, and the dashboards that prove the value.
Built, Not Talked
Most AI consultants sell you a framework and leave. We sell you working Cowork assistants. Slides don't create leverage. Running software does.
Owner-Operator Model
Every engagement ends with you owning the Cowork assistants. Self-onboarding kits, documented playbooks, and source code where relevant, so your champion can manage and extend what we built. If you'd rather we keep managing and extending it for you, we can do that too. Either way, you own it.
Shelfware Claude, and consultants who talk and disappear
Most teams already bought the Claude seats. They were never shown what Cowork can do. And the people who could have shown them handed over a framework and left. We are the opposite of both. We build the Cowork assistants, we get them running, and we hand you AI you own. Then we show your team how to manage and extend them, or we stay on and do it for you.
If that thesis lands, we should talk.
A free 45-minute audit is the smallest, lowest-risk way to see if we're the right fit.
